Recently finished kitchen in Shirley
Clear old kitchen. Lift old floor tiles, Drop ceiling by 100mm. Add ducting for extractor in new ceiling void plus wiring for LED downlights. Replaster walls and ceiling. Overboard floor with 12mm ply. Add new wall sockets and spurs. Replace consumer unit and test. Paint walls and ceiling. Fit new kitchen. Fit LVT flooring. Fit compaq laminate worktops with undermounted sink and black tap. Supply and fit all new appliances. Fit LED lighting under wall units. Recycle all rubbish. Just waiting for the glass splashback to be made.
